What is your return and exchange policy?

Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The goods must be unused, in original condition and packaging – with all tags and documents.
Return costs are borne by the customer.

What are the shipping options and costs?

Within Poland, France and the UK, we offer free standard shipping.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on location. Shipping is carried out via trusted local couriers (delivery Mon.–Sat.).
Express delivery option is currently unavailable.

How long does delivery take?

Total Delivery time is 2–5 business days (Monday – Saturday), including:

  • Order processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days
    Orders placed before 10:00 PM (CET/CEST) are usually processed the same or next business day.

Can I track my order?

Yes. After shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number, which activates within 24 hours.

We will provide a free exchange or resolve the issue.

Yes, all orders within Poland, France and the UK are shipped for free.

Yes, the order can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be in processing or shipping. Only the delivery address can still be changed then.
