Returns within 14 days
At Nuvira Home, we care about your full satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to return the order within 14 calendar days.
Return policy
Return period
You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract, counting from the day you receive the shipment (Art. 27 section 1 of the Consumer Rights Act).
You can also submit a withdrawal statement online using our withdrawal form.
Condition of goods
The goods must be returned in unchanged, unused condition and in the original packaging – all labels, instructions, and documentation must be intact.
Return costs
According to Art. 33 of the Consumer Rights Act, the customer bears the return costs.
We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
Applying the return label is the customer's responsibility.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will inform you whether the return has been approved.
If so, the funds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received a refund within 10 business days from the approval date, contact us at kontakt@nuvirahome.com
According to regulations, the refund is made within a maximum of 14 days from the moment of withdrawal notification, but not earlier than after receiving and accepting the returned goods (Art. 34 sections 1–2 of the Consumer Rights Act).
How to make a return?

Send an email to kontakt@nuvirahome.com with the subject "Return," order number, and reason for withdrawal.

Within 24 business hours, you will receive return instructions

Carefully pack the goods in the original packaging.

Send the package back – the customer bears the costs.

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will start the refund process.
Product exchange
You have the right to exchange the product within 14 days of receiving it.

Send an email to kontakt@nuvirahome.com with the subject "Exchange," order number, and information about the product to be exchanged.

You will receive confirmation and instructions regarding the exchange.

We will send you the return address – the cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will send a new item at no additional shipping cost.
Warranty and complaints for defective products
In case of a product defect, you have the right to file a complaint under warranty (up to 2 years from the date of delivery) or guarantee, if provided.
Procedure:

If the shipment is damaged upon receipt – refuse acceptance and contact us immediately.

If the defect is hidden – contact us within 2 months of its discovery (art. 561 Civil Code).

Send an email to kontakt@nuvirahome.com with a description of the defect, order number, and photos of the defective product and packaging.
Within 14 business days, we will refund the return cost (if applicable for complaints), repair, or replace the goods according to your choice.
You can also request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract if the defect is significant (art. 560 §1 Civil Code).
Product information
All offered products are brand new, unused, and have the required CE certificates or other mandatory permits according to the laws of the EU, Poland, France, and the United Kingdom.

Additional remarks
You have a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery of the goods.
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply, among others, to sealed products which, after opening, are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons (art. 38 sec. 3 point 9).
