This shipping policy applies to the Nuvirahome store and aims to clearly inform customers about our delivery procedures. Please read the following information carefully before placing an order.
Order confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the order number and payment confirmation. This means we have received your order and the payment has been approved.
Note: If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
Didn’t receive confirmation?
Send an email to kontakt@nuvirahome.com with the subject: "I did not receive order confirmation". Our team will respond as soon as possible.
Delivery area
Currently, we ship orders within Poland, France, and the United Kingdom. Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout.
Costs and delivery time
We offer free standard shipping within Poland, France, and the United Kingdom.

We ship via InPost (24/7 parcel lockers and couriers – Monday–Saturday).
Order processing details

Orders placed before 10:00 PM (CET/CEST – Warsaw) are usually processed the same day or at the latest the next business day.

Orders placed after 10:00 PM are processed within a maximum of two business days.
Package tracking
After the package is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number.
The tracking number is usually activated within 24 hours.

Damaged or incorrect shipment
We apologize if you received a damaged or incorrect product. We will ensure a quick resolution.

Order cancellation or change
Order fulfillment starts quickly, so we cannot guarantee the possibility of canceling or changing the order after it has been placed.
Please carefully check your cart before making a payment.
Want to change the delivery address? Contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@nuvirahome.com If the order has not yet been processed, we will try to update the address.
Order processing and pricing
Prices on our website are displayed in PLN (Polish zloty) for customers in Poland, in EUR (euro) for customers in France, and in GBP (British pound) for customers in the United Kingdom.
We reserve the right to cancel the order in the following cases:

In case of order cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Return policy
Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
